Title: Building a Modern Code of Business Conduct

Abstract: Using case studies and facilitated lecture, the class will identify the elements necessary for a contemporary Code of Business Conduct and a Code of Conduct for IT.


Troy Torres is Business Conduct and SOX Program Manager at Idaho Power. He manages activities associated to the Code of Business Conduct including training, interpretation, Code updates, and the alleged violation process. Troy is a licensed CPA and a certified CISA.

Andrew Richter is a Security Services Consultant with Cisco Systems, working with their nation and global customers.  Beyond the technical, he assists customers in creating and improving corporate security policies, employee acceptable use policies, and bridging the gap between IT and Human Resources.  Andrew holds multiple certifications including the CISA and CRISC.
